ILIYA, AN OKADA RIDER CONFORMED DEAD IN NASARAWA

An Okada rider who goes by the name Iliya has been reportedly murdered by his business ally, Tasi'u, along Eid Ground, GRA in Nasarawa, Nasarawa Local Government Area Headquarters of Nasarawa State.

The sad event occured late Thursday night, 28th November, 2024.

Ideal Reporters has gathered that the victim had been a long time benefactor of Tasi'u, who usually gave him Bajaj motorcycle to fend for himself and return the balance, as both are from Jigawa state. 

"Tasi'u butchered Iliya with a knife, cutting him deeply on his neck, which led to his dead instantly" a source who spoke on the condition of anonymity disclosed to Ideal Reporters.

The matter has been refered to Nasarawa Police Division. Two arrests have been reportedly effected in this regard.

It is not clear however, why Tasi'u chose to take this action. No one has said exactly immediate situation that resulted in the unfortunate eventuality.
