MANGAL CEMENT PLANT COMPLETED, FIRST BAG LAUNCHED 

Alhaji Dahiru Mangal CON, a leading Northern Nigerian business figure and philanthropist, has completed his $1.5 billion worth of Cement Plant in Kogi State, Nigeria.

Following completion, the Plant has launched its first product in a grand ceremony, marking major milestone for the Mangal Cement Company. 

The Plant will produce 200 trucks of Cement daily and create 10,000 direct jobs and much more indirect jobs, bridging the country's unemployment gap.

This development came at a time Nigeria is in need of more production and supply of the product, with high hope for increased competition and possible reduction in price.

Expressing joy over the development, Nigerians look forward to more indigenous investments in the building industry to help address housing deficits, and improve economic strength of individuals and government.

FMC Keffi Seeks Help In Identifying Unconscious Road Accident Victim The Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Keffi, has called on members of the public to help identify an unconscious patient currently receiving treatment at the hospital’s Accident and Emergency Department. According to a statement signed by Aminu Usman Sarki, on behalf of the Head of Public Relations and Protocol, the patient, identified as Sanusi Abass, a middle-aged man, was brought to the hospital around 2:00 p.m. yesterday by officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) after a road traffic accident along the Keffi–Abuja expressway. Mr. Sarki disclosed that while the patient is showing signs of improvement, he remains unconscious and unable to communicate any personal details or next of kin information.
