RENO OMOKRI CHALLENGD OBIDIENTS TO NAME ONE SCHOOL PROJECT INITIATED AND COMPLETED BY PETER OBI, PLACES $10,000
Reno Omokri is a popular name in Nigerian cyberspace and conventional media platforms having worked as Social Media Aide to President Goodluck Jonathan in the past. He is known for calling out Peter Obi, Labour Party's Presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections.
Reno took to his Twitter handle on Saturday and threw open challenge to Obedients, Peter Obi's cult-like supporters to mention a single school project initiated, completed and commissioned by Peter Obi in the whole of his eight years term as Anambra State Governor. "Now, my challenge to Peter Obi and his Obedients is this: Name one school that Peter Obi's government initiated, started, completed and commissioned in the eight years that he was Governor of Anambra, and I will pay you $10,000" - said he.
He noted that a Local Council Development Area Chairman in Lagos who goes by the name Mr. Monsururu Obe was able to construct four roads, two schools, and is in the process of constructing a third school, with multiples of health centres to his name. "Please note that Mr Obe is NOT a Local Government Chairman. He is a Local Council Development Area Chairman, meaning his allocation is smaller than that of a constitutionally recognized Local Government Chairman. Yet, he has achieved this".
"How can a Local Council Development Area Chairman's government build multiple schools, and a Governor did not construct even one, and then your say he is the best Presidential candidate you can offer Nigerians ?" - he added.
